In this project, my question was ‘How could the Korean tradition of cabinet-making be revived in the contemporary technological and industrial context?’. I tried to keep traditional pattern and remade it with new materials such as acrylic board and pewter. Three different shape of boxes make one big hexahedron so you can use it relate to jewellery’s size and it can be rebuilt by your daily emotion.

People are living in comfortable world with a number of products and contemporary design is simple and looks modern. In this unit, I challenges to explore and identify emerging themes within my practice and relate these to the professional arena of the designer; debate the relationships between professional contexts and making. I also considered what people think and what people need as a designer.
This product is a copyholder for laptop users. A number of people are using a laptop instead of a desktop in these days. When people use a laptop, they probably need to copy from any other documents several times. People can use this product whenever and wherever they want.
